By Economic Times - 10 months ago
Denmark's King Frederik X officially ascended to the throne, succeeding his mother, Queen Margrethe II, who abdicated after 52 years as monarch. The succession was formalized as Margrethe signed the declaration of abdication during a Council of State meeting at the parliament.
