IMF retains India's GDP growth at 7 pc for FY25, says worldwide inflation fight is largely over but warns of new threats

The International Monetary Fund projects India's GDP to grow by 7 per cent in the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, and 6.5 per cent in the next fiscal year. The forecast for the US growth in 2024 was increased to 2.8 per cent. Global growth remains at 3.2 per cent this year and next.
