The Supreme Court will hear Delhi Metro Rail Corp's curative petition on February 15, seeking reversal of the 2021 judgment upholding a ₹4,700-crore arbitration award against Delhi Airport Metro Express (DAMEPL), a subsidiary of Reliance Infrastructure. The five-judge bench, led by Chief Justice DY Chandrachud, has tentatively proposed a five-judge bench to hear the case.
