AirHelp Inc. released its 2024 report ranking global airlines. The ranking evaluates customer experience, flight disruptions, and passenger feedback. Tunisair was the worst at No. 109. Brussels Airlines topped the list, overtaking Qatar Airways. United and American Airlines were also in the top 10, despite operational challenges.
