SpiceJet has resolved its $90.8 million dispute with Export Development Canada (EDC) for just $22.5 million, resulting in a savings of $68.3 million. The settlement includes full ownership of 13 EDC-financed Q400 aircraft, which will reduce operational costs and eliminate monthly rental payments.
