DLF aims to double rental income in FY26

DLF anticipates significant growth in rental income in the next fiscal year starting April. Multiple projects, including those in its rental portfolio and the joint venture with GIC, are expected to start generating revenue. DLF projects rental income to increase from ₹300 crore in FY25 to ₹800 crore in FY26, with DCCDL's rental income also rising.
