Merlin Group, Kolkata's top real estate developer, is working on projects worth Rs 20,000 crore. These projects could double their annual revenue in 7-8 years. With a new brand identity, the group is developing 40 million square feet, focusing on cities like Pune and Chennai. They are also working on the first World Trade Centre project in the eastern region.
