DLF says on track to meet FY25 guidance despite a drop in Q2 bookings

DLF aims to achieve Rs 17,000-18,000 crore annual presale in FY25, despite a temporary sales dip due to project approval delays. New luxury projects in Gurgaon, Mumbai, and Goa are set to drive growth. The Dahlias project in Gurgaon, launching at Rs 75 crore per apartment, is expected to generate Rs 35,000 crore revenue.
