Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel, and Vodafone Idea suffered significant subscriber losses in August due to a sharp tariff hike in July, according to TRAI data. Jio lost 4.01 million subscribers, Airtel lost 2.4 million, and Vodafone Idea lost 1.8 million. In contrast, BSNL gained 2.5 million subscribers.
