Realty developer Arvind SmartSpaces has achieved a 293% increase in net profit to Rs 43 crore for the September quarter, with revenue jumping 265% to Rs 266 crore. Quarterly bookings surpassed Rs 400 crore for the first time, driven by new projects in Bengaluru and Ahmedabad.
