India's leading telecom operators, Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel, and Vodafone Idea, faced significant customer losses for the second consecutive month in August due to a July tariff hike. In contrast, state-run BSNL, which did not raise tariffs, gained 2.5 million new subscribers.
