The Union Cabinet has approved two railway projects costing Rs 6,798 crore and a Space Sector Venture Capital Fund worth Rs 1,000 crore. The railway projects will enhance connectivity in Bihar and Andhra Pradesh, improving both freight traffic and direct connectivity. The VC fund will support space sector startups through equity or debentures over five years.
