Bharti Airtel stated its AI-powered detection system identified 154 million potential spam calls and 8 million spam SMS messages in Bengal. The service launched nearly a month ago. Customers do not need to request service or download an app. Blocking spam at the network level is seen as a new added-value service for telecom companies.
