Air India to invest in customer service tech in its turnaround journey

Air India has invested over $200 million to enhance its digital infrastructure, aiming to become the most technologically advanced airline. They have revamped their website and app, significantly increasing direct bookings, and plan to introduce 'one-click booking' by December to further streamline the booking process.
