The Competition Commission of India approved Bharti Airtel's move to increase its stake in Indus Towers to 50.005% after a share buyback. Bharti Airtel currently holds a 50% stake. In another deal, CVC Capital Partners' proposal to acquire a 26.47% stake in Aavas Financiers has also been approved by the regulator.
