Reliance Retail Ventures Ltd is partnering with UK-based Mothercare plc to form a joint venture. Reliance Brands Holding UK Limited will own a 51% stake, while Mothercare will hold the remaining 49%. This joint venture will expand the Mothercare brand in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, and Bangladesh. Reliance currently operates 87 Mothercare stores across India.
