NCDRC has ordered Godrej Projects to refund over Rs 4 crore to homebuyers. The builder failed to deliver promised amenities, including a 24-metre-wide road, even seven years after bookings. NCDRC also directed the builder to pay 9% interest on the refund amount, holding it accountable for unfulfilled promises and deficiencies in service.
