Rhythm House, a cultural landmark in South Mumbai, has been acquired by Bhaane Retail for Rs 30 crore. Previously owned by fugitive Nirav Modi, the store closed in 2016. The iconic property may generate high lease rentals due to its prime location and cultural significance.
