The Rail Land Development Authority has invited bids to develop New Delhi Railway Station at an estimated cost of Rs 2469 crore. This project includes building two Linear Station buildings and an Air-Concourse. Changes have been made to simplify the project. Real estate development bids will be called once the station modernization is complete.
