An airline without call centre; FLY91 remains 'digital native'

FLY91, a regional carrier from Goa, has opted to operate without a call centre, saving costs and enhancing digital solutions. Operating two ATR 72-600 aircraft with 16 daily departures, the airline uses automated bots for customer inquiries, aiming to disrupt the industry with innovative digital approaches.
