Purushottam Mandhana, promoter of Mandhana Industries, misused business loans for personal gain, resulting in a Rs 975 crore loss to a Bank of Baroda-led consortium. The Enforcement Directorate filed a charge sheet naming Mandhana, his wife Prema, and son Priyavrat. A special PMLA court has summoned the accused to appear on November 21.
