The Delhi High Court has barred Arpita Agro from using the name 'POWRNYM' or similar names for their cleaning products. This interim order is to prevent confusion and protect ITC's trademarks 'NIMYLE' and 'JOR-POWR'. Arpita Agro had previously sold these trademarks to ITC for Rs 100 crore.
