Meja Urja Nigam Pvt Ltd, a joint venture between NTPC and UPRVUNL, pays its first-ever dividends of Rs 51 crore each to its parent companies. The company reports a revenue of Rs 4,283 crore and a net profit of Rs 348 crore for FY24, along with significant commercial energy output.
