Piramal Capital and Housing Finance Ltd has sold the Napha Building, an office tower in Mumbai's Santacruz, for Rs 187 crore to Shoquba Realty. The property, originally owned by DHFL, includes 77,079 square feet. This sale is part of Piramal's strategy to divest non-core assets following the DHFL acquisition. The deal was finalized on September 27, 2024.
