Tata Sons tells Air India to maintain Vistara's 'superior' flying experience

Tata Sons has advised Air India's management to handle Vistara's merger carefully to retain Vistara's loyal customers. The merger is planned for Nov 12. Vistara's current staff and service standards will be maintained until Air India's standards improve. Club Vistara will merge with Air India's Flying Returns program.
