Housing prices in Delhi-NCR and Bengaluru rose by 29% year-on-year in the July-September quarter due to strong demand, high input costs, and an increase in luxury home supply. Other cities like Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, and Kolkata also saw significant price hikes. However, housing sales fell by 11% during the same period.
