Adani Green Energy Ltd (AGEL) has formed a 50:50 joint venture with TotalEnergies, with the latter investing USD 444 million to acquire a stake in AGEL's solar projects at Khavda, Gujarat. The joint venture will manage a 1,150 MWac project portfolio, as per an exchange filing by AGEL.
