Singapore Airlines has nominated its CEO, Goh Choon Phong, to join Air India's board following the merger of Vistara into Air India. PB Balaji from Tata Motors will also join the board. The merger gives SIA a 25.1% stake in Air India, enhancing its presence in the Indian aviation market.
