Air India looks to upgrade inflight product to woo premium customers

Air India is accelerating its upgrade of in-flight services on key international routes to the US and Europe. The airline plans to introduce first-class cabins in new A350 planes and upgrade existing aircraft. Exclusive lounges will be established at major airports by 2025. Enhanced services aim to attract premium customers who prefer Middle East carriers.
