ENI deposits ₹296 Cr, High Court stays Arbitral Award enforcement

The Delhi High Court has stayed the enforcement of a ₹300-crore arbitral award that ONGC won against the ENI group. This decision came after ENI deposited over ₹296 crore in court. The court had previously attached ENI India's bank accounts to secure the award amount, which includes interest and other dues.
