The Bombay High Court has ordered online travel portals like Makemytrip and Agoda to remove listings of a company allegedly infringing Kamat Hotels' trademark 'The Orchid'. Kamat Hotels claims that Orchid Service Apartment is using a similar name, causing confusion. The case will be heard further on October 10.
