Air India has refunded the airfare to Anip Patel, an India-origin CEO, after he posted a viral video highlighting issues in the first class cabin during his Chicago-Delhi flight. Patel noted problems such as lack of WiFi and non-functional in-flight entertainment. The airline contacted him through social media and issued the refund without a formal complaint.
