The Quad countries are enhancing people-to-people connections and strategic partnerships. India has launched a new initiative to award fifty Quad scholarships worth USD 500,000 to students from the Indo-Pacific for a four-year undergraduate engineering program. The announcement was made during the fourth in-person Quad Leaders Summit hosted by President Joe Biden in Wilmington, Delaware.
