India is investigating Netflix's local operations for alleged visa violations, tax evasion, and racial discrimination. The probe follows a government email to a former Netflix executive, Nandini Mehta, who is also suing the company in the U.S. for wrongful termination and discrimination. Netflix claims it is unaware of any investigation.
