Russia is using more and more blacklisted tankers to move oil. And many of them are headed for India

Sanctioned oil tankers previously idling due to Western sanctions are now resuming operations, transporting Russian crude and refined products to China and India. The use of these blacklisted vessels has increased since August, easing logistical constraints and allowing Russia to continue its petroleum exports despite ongoing sanctions.
