The Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade has referred a complaint by the All India Consumer Products Distributors Federation against quick commerce players to the Competition Commission of India. The federation alleges unfair business practices by these platforms, which deliver goods within 10 to 30 minutes, impacting small retailers.
