The Reserve Bank of India has approved the appointment of Vincent Menachery Devassy as the Whole Time Executive Director of Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Ltd. His tenure will be for three years, pending shareholder approval. Devassy brings over 39 years of experience in commercial banking, having started his career at State Bank of India.
