Hyundai not responsible for dealer's omissions, says Delhi consumer commission

The Delhi State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission upheld a district forum order, stating Hyundai Motors India and its customer relation office are not liable for an authorised dealer's failure to deliver a booked car. The commission directed the dealer to refund Rs 3.32 lakh and pay litigation costs, but dismissed the appeal against Hyundai Motors India.
