The Delhi High Court has issued an interim order preventing the transfer of shares in EIH Ltd, Oberoi Hotels, and Oberoi Properties held by the late PRS Oberoi. This comes after his daughter, Anastasia Oberoi, filed a case against her siblings over control of the family's substantial holdings in these companies.
