Microsoft Corporation has acquired a 16.4-acre land parcel in Pune's Hinjewadi IT hub for over Rs 453 crore, marking its second acquisition in the area. This brings Microsoft's total investment in Pune to Rs 973 crore across 30 acres. The company is focusing on developing data centers and expanding its commercial real estate footprint in India.
