The PM E-DRIVE Scheme will offer electric two-wheeler buyers a subsidy of up to Rs 10,000 in the first year, reducing to Rs 5,000 in the second year. E-rickshaw buyers can avail benefits of Rs 25,000 initially and Rs 12,500 later. The scheme aims to support millions of electric vehicles and includes stringent measures to prevent misuse.
