Singapore-based AG&P is negotiating with H-Energy to acquire its LNG terminal in Jaigarh, Maharashtra. This acquisition would help AG&P source LNG and expand its city gas distribution business in India. The deal is expected to close soon, with plans to complete the pipeline and connect it to the national gas grid.
