Ahmedabad's Prozeal Green Energy and Nepal's Golyan Power have inked a joint venture agreement to develop solar power projects in Nepal. The partnership aims to establish over 500 MW of solar energy projects within 18 months. Prozeal will hold a 60% stake, while Golyan will own 40%.
