The Supreme Court has refused to halt Adani Goodhomes' resolution plan for Radius Estates despite Beacon Trusteeship's objections. Beacon argued the plan was unfair, offering a 93% haircut on its claims while homebuyers faced no losses. The case will be revisited in January.
