Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority has auctioned three residential plots for Rs 521 crore, surpassing the reserve price of Rs 262 crore. Eldeco Infrastructure and Properties Ltd secured the largest plot, while Prasu Infrabuild and Divyansh Infraheight jointly acquired the second. Purvanchal Projects won the third plot.
