The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has reported a significant reduction in unstabilised flight approaches and risk-bearing airprox incidents in Indian airspace for 2023. The number of unstabilised approaches per ten thousand landings decreased by 23%, while risk-bearing airprox incidents per million flights dropped by 25%. GPWS/EGPWS warnings also saw a notable decline.
