Easy terms drive lease renewals by companies in key cities
This year is marked by an increase in lease renewals as a percentage of total lease across major markets, with Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Mumbai leading the way. Lease renewal constituted 24% of the total leased space in Bengaluru, 23% in Hyderabad, and 17% in Mumbai. Chennai, Gurugram, and Pune also saw healthy lease renewal rates of 16%, 14%, and 12% respectively, showed data from PRopstack, a data analytics firm.
