Cognizant plans to sell its Chennai headquarters, a 15-acre site on the IT Corridor, after more than two decades. The sale, estimated to raise Rs 750 crore to Rs 800 crore, aligns with the company's consolidation strategy. The sale is expected to conclude by December 2024, the process is being facilitated by JLL and involves local developers.
