Sobha Realty announced Ravi Menon as Chairman, effective November 18, 2024. Founder PNC Menon will stay actively involved. The firm is expanding into the US with a major project in Texas. Sobha Realty has completed multiple projects in Dubai, becoming the city's third largest developer by revenue, following Emaar and Damac.
