The GST Appellate Authority has directed Bharti Airtel to pay Rs 194 crore for GST on licence fees and spectrum usage charges as demanded by the Department of Telecom. Initially, the company had been asked to pay Rs 604.66 crore, but an appeal reduced this amount. The company is currently assessing the appeal order's impact.
